I started Taylor Sweet eXp to offer homeowners across the Chew Valley a more personal, proactive and thoughtful way to sell their home.
Having worked in estate agency and spent the last few years training and supporting estate agents, I have seen what makes a property sale successful and where sellers are too often let down. Good estate agency is not just about putting a home online and waiting for enquiries. It is about understanding the property, the likely buyer, the local market and the best way to position the home from the start.
